Kiran Singh was born in San Francisco, California on March 21, 1980. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2003 form the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2007 where she was Vice President of the Women's Law Association, Opinion Editor of The Foru, and Survey Writer and Technical Editor for the Maritime Law Journal. Miss Singh is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California and is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, and the northern California based Queen's Bench Bar Association.
