F. Edward Navarro was born on October 13, 1972, in San Diego, California. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1996 from the California State University at Northridge and his law degree from Loyola Law School in 2000. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California and is a member of the Los Angeles County and Mexican-American Bar Associations. Mr. Navarro focuses his practice on construction defect litigation primarily representing developers; coverage; real estate litigation and business litigation.
