Merriman, James J.

James J. Merriman was born on June 8, 1958 in Omaha, Nebraska. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980 and his Juris Doctor degree in 1983, both from Creighton University. He was awarded the highest academic (i.e., Presidential) scholarship to law school; while in law school, he was awarded an AmJur Prize. Mr. Merriman is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in California and focuses his practice in construction defect and general civil litigation.
