Lydia N. Lemalu was born in Apia, Samoa. Ms. Lemalu earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California and her Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach. She earned her Juris Doctor from Whittier School of Law in 2003, where she served as Executive Editor of the Whittier Journal of Child and Family Advocacy. While in law school, Ms. Lemalu also clerked at the California Court Of Appeal, Second Appellate District, for the Honorable Earl Johnson Jr. Ms. Lemalu focuses her practice in the areas of business litigation, general liability, product liability and environmental/toxic tort litigation. She is fluent in written and spoken Samoan.
