Amy Y. Kuo was born on July 20, 1979 in Taichun, Taiwan. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego in 2001 and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2004. While in law school, she clerked in the Legal and Business Affairs Department of Universal City Studios, LLLP working in contract and property law. Ms. Kuo is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
