Patricia I. Forman was born on February 23, 1981, in Roseville, California. In 2003 she earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in both English and Philosophy from the University of California at Davis, where she was a member of the Davis Honors Challenge program and the Prytanean Women's Honor Society. In 2006, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi.
