Shimea C. Anderson was born in Oakland, California on November 27, 1978. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2000. She received her law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, CA, where she was a scholarship recipient and a member of Hastings' Woman's Law Journal. She was admitted to practice before CA state courts in December of 2004. She currently focuses her practice in the ara of construction defect and general civil litigation.
