Michael T. Kennedy, Jr. was born on March 21, 1965 in Pasadena, California. Mr. Kennedy received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Southern California in 1990 and his law degree from Western State University, College of Law in 1997 where he was a member of the Law Review, a member of the Honor Roll, and a recipient of an American Jurisprudence Award in criminal law. Mr. Kennedy is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association, is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Barristers, and serves as a Judge Pro Tem in the Alameda County Superior Court. Mr. Kennedy is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California and focuses his practice in the area of construction defect litigation.
